This policy explains how TEDS collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information through its website, enquiries, business activities and drone operations.

TEDS follows the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. We may also follow contractual or other legal privacy obligations that apply to a project.

Personal information we may collect

Depending on how you deal with TEDS, we may collect:

Drone imagery and operational recordings

TEDS seeks to capture only the imagery and data reasonably required for an authorised operation. Where practical and legally required, notice may be provided through the client, site management, signage, direct communication or another suitable method before identifiable people are recorded.

Project imagery may be provided to the client that commissioned the work and to authorised project participants. A client may have its own privacy responsibilities for the collection and later use of that material. TEDS does not use identifiable project imagery for unrelated advertising or portfolio purposes without permission or another lawful basis.
